Products less than 10kg of weight will be sent in most cases by Australia Post. In most cases you will be emailed a tracking number for you to monitor the products journey to your door.
For products that are over 10kg they will be sent via a courier service. These services require a signature for delivery so it is best for the parts to be delivered to a business address or an address that will be occupied during business hours. Otherwise the goods will be returned to the freight depot where you will need to pick-up.
Robo's does not have any control over the timeframe it takes to deliver the parts, please understand that it is a third party business and in some cases it may take longer then advised. REFUND POLICY
If you receive an incorrect product that was not what you purchased, you should contact us via rockhampton@fulcrumsuspensions.com.au and advise of the issue. We will review the sale process and information supplied then advise of the steps to rectify the problem. The policy is to supply the correct replacement product as soon as possible, but be assured we will always act in the customer's best interest.
CHANGE YOUR MIND/SEND ITEM BACK
You can change your mind on a purchase that you have paid for within 30 days for non-special order purchase only. The cost of any freight will be to the customer and the refund will only take place once the products are received back in as new condition. A refund of the full amount minus the merchant transaction fees will occur once all the above conditions are meet, a refund outside this time frame and conditions may not be approved. All products sold on this site will be sold under the manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions. In the event of an issue the warranty process may be facilitated by Robo's to assist the customer.
The warranty approval process is carried out by the manufacturer of the product - no replacement or repairs will be supplied outside this arrangement and no compensation will be given for down time of this process.
